My professional journey has been marked by valuable experiences and continuous growth, starting with my first internship at Top Reflect. During this 5-month internship, I collaborated with college friends to develop a basic multiple-choice question (MCQ) website using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. My primary focus was on crafting the homepage and ensuring responsive design, laying the foundation for my practical understanding of web development.Building on this foundation, my second internship at Companion was a pivotal step in my journey. Over three months, I served as a full-stack developer, dividing my efforts between front-end and back-end responsibilities. In the initial phase, I created a website for the company using the React.js library. In the latter half, my role transitioned to the backend, where I wrote routes and queries, fetching and manipulating data from MongoDB.Subsequently, my stint as a full-time frontend developer at Catalyst Media Lpp for seven months further expanded my expertise. Here, I embraced the Next.js framework, applying it to create websites for clients. The challenges encountered in the corporate sphere have fueled my aspiration to delve deeper into research and innovation, making me poised and prepared for the program’s academic rigour.
