ISB Launches ‘PGP YL’ – A 20 Month Post Graduate Programme
The Indian School of Business (ISB), which has been recognized for establishing new levels in management studies since its founding in 2001, is now taking another innovative step in its aim of preparing the upcoming generation of leaders for both India and the rest of the world. For high-potential students with up to two years of full-time work experience, ISB has declared the opening of PGP YL, a 20-month Post Graduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL), a full-time residential management course counterpart to an MBA.
Beginning in the midst of 2025, ISB’s PGP YL will offer a detailed study through a cutting-edge curriculum created in reaction to the rapidly evolving business environment and technological enhancements. In order to nurture students into creative problem solvers, the research-backed PGP YL curriculum will merge fundamental business concepts with cutting-edge technology, data, analytics courses, and global perspectives.
The PGP YL curriculum has been produced to incorporate substantial experiential learning components, such as a Business Design Lab and an Innovation Lab, in light of the students’ minimal job experience. Students will also have to attend a compulsory two-month summer internship, which will give them hands-on experience in a multiple of corporate situations. Well known instructors from ISB and other leading international B-schools will transfer their knowledge to students participating in the PGP YL program.

Professor Madan Pillutla, Dean of ISB, conversed about the fresh PGP YL program, saying, “Since its founding in 2001, ISB has been offering excellent management education to produce chiefs for India and the world. There is a requirement for young professionals who can swiftly assume responsibilities requiring business insight in addition to detailed knowledge of data and technology, according to our multiple conversations with recruiters and industry experts. To meet these requirements, we have started the PGP YL program to assist fresh graduates and entry-level workers become outstanding trouble shooters and experts in the workplace.
In addition to supplying knowledge about their educational context and any relevant work experience, candidates who are engaged in applying for the PGP YL program must produce a valid GMAT, GRE, or CAT record. A private interview is a segment of the PGP YL program’s admissions process, which is determined by the students’ academic records, application essays, and test results. A panel of top academics, industry professionals, and ISB alumni in senior roles will then interview the nominated candidates.
For the academic year 2025–2027, the program fee is INR 21,65,000 + GST, and the lodging fee is INR 3,95,000. Forty to fifty percent of the class will get scholarships based on merit and merit-cum-need standards. For worthy applicants, merit scholarships may provide a 100% tuition waiver.
