Admission Requirements for MBBS in Canada
To study MBBS in Canada an international student is required to fulfil the below basic requirements:
- MCAT: Students need to pass the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT), which is a computer-based exam. A good score in MCAT is 515 or above.
- English Proficiency: An international student has to prove proficiency in English language. The exams accepted are IELTS and TOFEL. A good score in IELTS is 7 or above and a good score in TOEFL 80-100.
- NEET: Indian students need to pass the NEET examination (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) with a good score. A good score in NEET is 700 or above.
- Transcripts: Transcripts are required to punch in the applications for the high school examinations.
- Letter of Recommendations: A LOR from your professors in the school and colleges can be a good thing to bag a good admit.
