Why do you need a 1-1 Career Counseling?
Uninformed: Most often than not parents and students are unaware of the facts about a course and they end up underestimating or overestimating any course.

Here’s how we Counsel students at Aara:
Students can opt for 2 types of sessions –
- One-on-one counseling session (Without SWOT analysis)
- One-on-one counseling session (With SWOT analysis)
One-on-one Counseling without SWOT Analysis:
It is a 1-1.5 hour counseling session wherein various career fields along with the attributes required to be in that particular field are discussed in detail. A complete and overall career path is provided after student assessment and personal discussion about all fields. It also includes profile-building and post-graduation opportunities in India and Abroad. We discuss colleges, entrance exam requirements, board and subject selection as well in the session. Students will obtain complete clarity at the end of the session.
One-on-one Counseling with SWOT Analysis
What is SWOT Analysis Test report ?
SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threat) Analysis Test includes a basic questionnaire which is more of a situational based test wherein students will be asked to answer those. The questions are very easy to understand. It is different than the psychometric or aptitude test, but makes sure that it provides result that will help us know the student’s nature which in turn helps in selection of career field.
After the SWOT report discussion, there will be proper one on one counseling session for which the details are mentioned above.
