Step 1. Calling for your I20 from the university

Step 4. Collection of Documents for VISA Interview-

The following documents are required to be gathered for Visa Interview- 

  • DS 160 confirmation, Appointment confirmation, Sevis fee receipt, original passport, and i20 original document 
  • Financial documents
  • Affidavit of support for sponsors (up to 3 allowed)
  • IT Return Acknowledgment of the sponsors (Past 3 years)
  • If the loan is taken, then a sanction letter on the bank/nbfc letterhead is required.
  • 10th, 12th, graduation, masters (if applicable)- Original mark sheets along with a passing certificate, degree certificate, provisional degree, etc (all original required), Transcripts of the degree. 
  • Relevant test scores printout (GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, etc)

Step 5. Payment of 350$ Sevis fee

Step 1. Obtaining CAS (Conditional Acceptance for Studies) from your university

Step 2. Arrangement of Finances-

Regarding finances, you need to show the sum of the following amount in your bank balance/Loan letter, which covers-

Tuition fees for the first year of your course minus anything you have already paid to the University AND

A set amount of money as specified in the Immigration Rules to cover your living expenses for the course (£12,006-  (£1,334 per month for up to 9 months) for courses in London & £9,207 ( £1,023 per month for up to 9 months) for courses outside London.

The total of this money needs to have been held in a savings bank account in your or any of your parents’ accounts for a full 28-day period to be acceptable for the UK visa. 

Step 3. Performing Tuberculosis tests from empanelled institutes   

Step 4. Collection of Documents for Visa-

The following documents would be required-

  • Bank statement & balance certificate showing the required balance to fund all expenses for 28 consecutive days 
  • Bank loan letter signed and stamp (if funding from education loan)
  • Current passport (and previous in case of previous travel history)
  • 10th & 12th-grade mark sheets (Birth certificate proof)
  • Birth Certificate in the English Language.
  • Letter from Parent/Legal guardian for consent to use fundsIT return acknowledgment of sponsoring parent(s) for the last 3 years.
  • Offer Letter from the University
  • Receipt of payment to the University
  • Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) reference number
  • All reference documents used to obtain CAS- Undergraduate all semester mark sheets, transcripts,  Undergraduate degree/Provisional certificate from University
  • IELTS Certificate
  • Tuberculosis screening certificate
  • Passport-sized colour photograph
  • Email received for the confirmation of Insurance Health Surcharge (after payment of IHS)
  • Visa Application form (optional)

Step 1. Offer Acceptance

This needs to be done after completing all conditions and fulfilling them

Kindly pay a minimum 50% tuition fee (without considering any scholarship) if the tuition fee is more than €12000 or the student needs to pay € 6000 in case the tuition fee is € 12000 or less (The procedure on how to pay the tuition fees would be mentioned in the offer letter). It is always recommended to pay a 100% tuition fee for higher chances of visa clearance.

  • 6-month savings account statement of the sponsored
  • Fixed deposit letter and receipt (If applicable)

  • Affidavit of support
  • ITR of sponsors for the last 3 years
  • Sponsor employment-related documents. For example, salary slips, business proof, etc.
  • Employment documents (if any, like payslips- 3 months, joining and relieving letter)
  • Education documents (all transcripts- undergraduate, mark sheets for undergraduate, 12th and 10th)
  • Passport
  • 2 passport-size photos.
  • Any other document relevant to your course or to cover any gaps after an undergraduate degree
